Assessed by a leading surveyor of India. In his report, he made several deductions in the expenditure incurred by the client on grounds of NON-COVERAGE. Even B.I. loss was not calculated fairly. The method adopted for calculating GP and loss during the interrupted period resulted in under-assessment.

The client was not happy with the BI Loss and appointed us to take up the case with the Surveyor & Insurer.

WHAT WE DELIVERED

We made our calculations based on Standard Turnover and Trends and challenged the assessment done by the Surveyor. We successfully managed to increase the assessed loss resulting in direct benefit of Rs. 60 Lakh to the client.
